I'm not a financial expert but I really think you check on getting a revocable trust instead of next to useless will.I don't think you want some 30 year old spending your money.

Got thrown out during the second race of the Key West world championships in 1988 when I was throttling a 32' Hydratech cat. We were running in third place in Pro-Stock class when we stuffed HARD during the offshore leg. Both the driver and I got pitched. I broke some ribs (they sure hurt!). When I finally popped to the surface and realized I was still alive, I then immediately began to worry that we were going to be run over! Luckily, the sweep boat was on us in a few seconds! Gotta love those guys. When you need them, they are right there!
