Unhappy What would you pay?

The topic is what would you pay for service on your new boat or car.Should you the buyer have to pay for service on something you bought from a dealer when the dealer tells you to go ahead and fix it and send them the invoice and you do as directed and then they won't return your phone calls and have already faxed invoice to dealership of work done. This is what i see in my eyes, it doesn't matter if you spend $20,000 or $200,000 on something the service is still the same.I talked to a friend before i bought my boat and they told me that once you buy it the service is on me.He was right. My customers must love me.
