It didn't take Panasonic and Leica to go from the FZ-15 to the FZ-20 very long. The FZ 10 was out for a while and then the 15 came out and was expected to be out for over a year before the 20 came along.

I know their next camera is just supposed to go to 6 or 8 MP the lens they feel is as perfect as you can get a 36-432mm lens and not blow the budget. Leica had an article in a British paper indicating the lens in the camera would retail for more than the camera if it was sold separately. Notice they don't advertise much in the US. It is a camera targeted to the European audience.
