Congrats, you cannot go wrong for $2500. Sounds like you got a great deal. The jackplate lets you adjust the height of the outboard on the fly and able to trim in or out as well.

I to bought a 86 222 stinger this year "mines an I/O " Had a 202 but lost it to Ivan
Good luck with it and post some pics of it in the Chris Craft forum when you can

What ratio of oil to gas does the 2.4 Bridgeport require?

Mix it 40 to 1 youll be fine .. Theres bridgeports all over the place , youll have no problem finding cheap parts..
Nothin likem to keep the bugs away and check out screamandfly.com
Atts were the outboard guys hang out ..and theres some legends on there..
