Hi everyone. Yes I am lurker. Should say I am dam proud of it. On a serious point, I find the information I need with out posting. We live in Iowa and boat most of the time at lake Rathben. Please keep posting because I Love to see all the great information. I have a 330 HP 454 and installed M1 procharger with nickerson carb,Msd, up graded fuel system 28 lab prop best speed 78mph at 5000rpm. I pull engine last weekend to install new heads and 731 cam. My block shows little to no wear in the cyclinder. Rod and main bearing look GREAT. I will bore and install SRP piston, Arp rod bolts and keep the cast crank. I was told by Dean with new heads and cam I should increase 75 to 100 HP. Any Recommendation? Greg

Hi, my name is Lee. I've been lurking for 2 yrs. or so. I love it here. i'm 28, married with 2 children, Faith is 4 and Tristen is 8. I'm a machine operator with fomoco. My wifeTtricia is in here first year of a nursing program at SC4 community college.
We own a 02 baja outlaw 496mag ho. We bought it new in 03. My father always had boats, and i have the speed addiction something feirce.
My tow vehicle is a 04 excursion 6.0 psd. I should of bought a smaller truck and a bigger boat. Although some day i hope to use that diesl for pulling a 31 sonic or a 35 flame.
We live in Michigan. We are 15mins from Lexington harbor on lake huron. I grew up on the detriot river. Lake erie is nice(warm water bay, put-n-bay) but lake huron is beutiful. hope to meet some of you some day it would be fun to hang out with some boat people. In Michigan's thumb it's mostley all talk about tractors and farming. Hope i wasn't rambling on.

Okay, I admit to lurking. This is my addiction, I frequent OSO sometimes both before and after work. I started in "fast" boats out of high school thirty years ago with a 20 ft. Sleekcraft Aristocrat modified tunnel vee with a 200 Johnson. I currently own a 1981 20.5 ft. Carrera with a blower motor and an ASD6 drive, 1989 27 ft. Eliminator Daytona with HP 500 clones and bravo I drives and the 35 ft. Jaguar Marine #1 cat with Cobra's and six drives purchased from Cobra Power a couple of years ago. I tow them around with a big red Topkick. The Daytona will be sold hopefully to a buddy this spring. I didn't want to appear just plain stupid having all this inventory. I boat mainly in the Sacramento Delta but do some local lake boating. I have learned an awful lot from this site, so thanks to all the heavy posters for the information and entertainment. I do not have a used rolex for sale too cheap, but have to admit I was interested. Thanks again Doug
