I also have been looking at property, but can’t pull the trigger. If you like condos, they did a great job at Point Falls. If you want lots, then I would suggest Johnson Island. That is if money is no object.
Although there are still some inside lots of the water at a reasonable price. I will keep a lookout for you at the Casino! Think summer!
Can’t wait for my boat show fix! Although with no NM, wonder who will have the big power?
Tony.

My husband Rob joined this site a few months back and he keeps tesasing me that I use it more than he does. I really should get my own handle like the other ladies on the board.
Rob and I live in Fairport Harbor, OH. He's 33, I'm 43 and we've been married almost 2 years and own a condo on Lake Erie. Rob bought our 1988 Chris Craft Stinger 7 years ago. He's done some new paint schemes over the years, however when we met 3 winters ago we redid the entire cabin, last year we rebuilt the motors and this year we're repainting, new windshield and other extras here and there. I really am hoping next winter we can relax:-))
We are fortunate to have met a great number of boaters that we now consider our wonderful friends, and slowly are introducing some of our "land friends" to boating so they can see what all the excitement is about.
OSO has a lot of great information and there are days I read some of these posts and cry from laughing so hard.

Lurker?? Maybe? My name is Russ/ wife Faith, 3 boys (3,6,8, I,m the oldest "boy" at 33). Known about the site for a year or 2, but started visiting regularly 2-3 months ago. Fairly regular poster since then. Grew up with bass boats in the family but at 22 bought my first. (26 Bayliner) For 11 years we owned 8, all 29-35 ft cruisers except a 21 open-bow.
Sept. 04 (join date) we sold both boats and bought a 98 Formula 312. This summers local poker run in a 38 Fountain finally convinced my wife we needed a faster boat!
My family owns a commercial printing co in Richmond VA. We do most of our boating on the James/Chickihominy rivers. Bought the performance boat to cover more water and visit more places.
Keep your fingers croseed. Trying to add pics of the boat and Tow vehicle (if you can find it in the second photo!)

Hi Everybody,
I do some posting on the Nordic forum where I've met some nice people, who've given me some pretty good advice on my boat. I currently have a 28' Nordic and I'll try to post a picture. Some of you may know me from Scream and Fly (like Ospreyproduction/good guy). I've drag raced boats since the late 70s. Bought my first offshore style boat a few years ago, and really enjoy the party and poker run scene with the big boats.
I turned 50 (ouch) this year and finally hung up the race helmet and sold the rocket ride.
I live in Old Hickory, TN (suburban Nashville), near the lake of the same name. We really have a terriffic group of boaters here who poker run, lake race, and party. I am married to a great gal (Tonya), who owns her own business. I am a factory rep for a shoe company.
Regards,
Steve
