Maybe the email addresses of the idiots sponsoring this legislation. Post all you can so that we can deluge them.

If I find a target I'll post him/her.

Good luck with your fight.

The only thing we have here is a noise law and the 4 cops on the 120 mile lake rarely use it. Well.... every now and then!

No ???? We thought the same thing in Lake George. Now were going on our
15th year of 45 mph speed limits. Its not that bad though. They really cant
enforce it to well. You can see the cop boats coming a mile away. You
just cant act like an A-hole and they leave ya alone.

That sucks - what happened to live free or die? It was only a matter of time - Texas is were its at. Clean fresh water - low cost of living and about as much boating season as anywhere - You just have to make the move!

Down here our biggest PITA is the Manatee Zones, which they WILL bust you for. Of course the water cops will Hammer Down through a MZ to catch someone running 25mph. I would love to have someone get a video of a cop running over a manatee while chasing a speeder. That would be a gift from heaven.

It's been pretty well determined that 90% or better of boating related manatee deaths are by large commercial boats and barges. So of course it's the "pleasure boats" that the zealots go after, then of course the Save the Manatee club which has told so many lies that at this point it's "nose" could circle the Earth at least fifteen times.

Pantera, good luck outrunning them. You gonna do a bunch of circles around the lake till they run out of gas? [/QUOTE]

With all the boats to get lost among, and all the places to hide, and the size of the Lake.......It can be done..........
