Well, I've been around long enough to know the story.....anceint history..water over the dam. As far as I'm concerned they are a bunch of people with the same passion for offshore powerboating as here..and I'm a member of both sites, as are plenty of others here.

We not saying that it is a bad thing to be a member of the other site, I am too but the only reason was too check things out, havent posted there in a looooooooong time. Everytime I go there it is the same stuff that is here but they get it like a week after it has been posted here. That sight is only good when you cant get on OSO, not very often.

I agree, its also a different feel over there. The members moderate it well, you don't have as many deleted postes and arguing back and forth as you find here. Not saying one is better than the other just that every site is different in its own! The member numbers are far different too. Speedwake does not have near as many 'active' members as here. Again, not a bad thing, just different. And I for one like veriaty!!

If members here want to bash the site owner, go nuts, it doesn't afect where I post.

I too remember the old days. Time heals all wounds.

That said, it is a different atmosphere over there. Basically it is a decent bunch of folks with the same passion for boating. Makes for interesting change of pace.
