Hey! Ihave recently restored a 1960's vintage Bertram Race boat. It has a dual engine setup, one in front, one in back with two casale boxes getting the power to the water. I've been told it was Richard bertrams personal ride, but i don"t have too much info on it. Anyone out there ever hear of such a boat please email me aGman @ hidden Mill marine center .com

Gman,
First off, welcome to OSO!
The best way to get feed back is to post a picture. There are some great sources of information on this forum. Check out John Crouse's "SeaRace", its considered the "Bible" for Offshore Race History Information.
I'll check SeaRace when I get home to see if there is any info. on your boat.

Gman, Bertram built literally dozens of race boats in all sizes. if you could give a few details such as length or fomer name of boat, that would help.
Bertram was most famous for their "Moppies", which were made in many differsnt lengths. Bertram also built a 25' V which was very competative in the early 1960's. More info or pics please!!!
