OK, the scarab left this morning so i moved some things around so i can get back to work on boat. heres a couple last pictures of scarab. Congrats jim and nicki ! i hope you injoy it as much as i did.

i found someone to turn the 502 flywheel so i can put the ring gear on the backside for the merc bellhousings and trs. so i pulled off the ring gears and will drop them off next week. he said $40 each i thought that was good, then ill sell the 454 flywheels.

I also spent time cleaning parts and getting parts ready to sell

Diggin' the new motors

dropped off the flywheels mon after work and he called me tuesday about 1pm and said they were done so i picked them up and heated up the ring gear and it fell on and cooled and its perfect fit and he only charged me $40. so im going to have him make my plate for the new steering

i pulled the stock steering off the boat ,im putting lathem full hydraulic on im going to have a plate made to cover where the stock steering brackets were and then mount the lathem brackets on the plate
