Re: shorties on a bullet
I think Russ down in Savannah Ga put shorties on his bullet. He has blower motors not sure what size . I think he is happy with them.

Re: shorties on a bullet
I rode in the bullet tmp put shorties on when it had aprox.
500hp per side & it ran 78mph. picked up about 5mph with no
handling or planing issues. with the blower motors it ran a touch over 100. you had to drive the boat over about 80
but it wasn't that bad.

Maybe Im wrong Klaw. I guess the Rum Runners with the 151 Floaters on top effected my thinking and hearing about Russ's boat and his troubles getting on plane.
It wouldnt be the first time

Re: shorties on a bullet
I'm not sure if all of the Bullets were set up with the same X, but I can tell you that mine is very conservative. Two clicks on the throttle/2800 rpm's and on plane in 3 or 4 seconds. I'd love to hear from the people who have done this and what they think (or if they would do it again...given the chance)
