Default the issue has been resolved

for anyone following my thread over the last couple of days i want you all to know everything has been resolved.
he really is one of the good guys and one hell of a performance guru. even after everything that happened , he went above and beyond what was needed to satisfy this matter. right or wrong , involving his personal contacts was out of line on my part and i truly regret doing it.

now heres a class act.

keep in mind i never asked for the handle mount trim switch. he suggested ide really like having one when i tested the boat.

email from yesteday:

I'm packing the parts and a handle mount trim switch that I had. It has diodes built in so all you have to do is hook it up to your rocker switches. The diodes allow you to trim both drives with one switch and still trim them separate from the dash. Paper work will be faxed to you later today. Thanks, ______

got another email from him today.

"Your carpet went out today. You should get a e-mail from UPS on shipping details and tracking. Hopefully we can all sit back and laugh now. Again sorry for the delay. If you have any things come with the boat in the future as far as repairs or parts needed give me a call. I ll give you cost +10%. "

way cool guy

Great Steve! I agree with the kick in the pants.... after the initial pissiness wears off... 9 times out of 10 people are pretty cool....

Steve,
Glad it all worked out!

This guy IS a class act, has helped me out many times and is well respected in the area. That's why you've had a hard time getting hold of him. Whenever someone breaks or has a problem he jumps in his batmobile and is off to the rescue. He goes out and does prop testing, trouble shooting whatever you need on the spot.

When you're ready to unload that boat let me know, I have a friend who would love to have it.

Thumbs up Re: the issue has been resolved

Thanks Steve, Sometimes we just need to look at the inside after we get pissed off and make things right. I think we both learned a lesson from this escapade. Happy boating!!! Steve
