280 Tab Seals
#2
I gave up and ran out of time so I bought replacement cylinders from Fred at Trick Marine. He has them in polished stainless and black. My old ones were not leaking but were very corroded and I was also concerned about being able to disassemble them.

Look in a phone book for a local hydraulic shop, send them your cylinder. They will open, match the seals, reasemble, and test. Shouldn't cost much either. I had one of mine done, no problems. They also made me up some stainless steel braided hosed for my steering arms. Far cheaper than a marine supply shop.
