I've got the "Ultimate" TRS rebuild kits. Will run you about $10k a side including gimbals. It's called a Konrad! Just busting your balls dude.... Sounds pretty cheap and I've never heard of a "kit". I would check it out 1st.

I don't want to tread on carm here but if he doesn't have an upper I do. I also have a complete drive or two. Let me know.

I want the Konrads, just can't afford them right now. I guess I'll just keep rebuilding the TRS's for now. But I'd rather do it myslef than pay someone $1500 to do it for me.

I've got some TRS Drives also, I am waiting for one to break so I can feel good about a fresh rebuild, ha Any way the lower end casing on my starboard side has a small crack due to electrolysis, what do I do to fix that casing cheap, before I lose the gears? do I have to replace the entire lower end? any ideas? thanks

You can weld on those lower housings? Any Special welding techniques? My crack is about two inches long from the prop moving to the rear 1cm wide. And is mine fails, where do you locate a new housing I tryed mercruiser, but no luck?
