The quicksilver prop predates the Mirage and the Mirage +. If the prop doesn't blow out when planing or slip in the turns, I'd stick with the 3 blade. If you are looking to upgrade to a new prop, then try the Mirage plus. The Mirage + should give you better all around performance. Now if you damaged the prop so badly that it needs replacement, you'd better put a dial indicator on your prop shaft. It'll proably be bent. The good (or bad) news is that you are now over your insurance deductable...

My hull is very similar to yours. I would recommend a 4 blade Bravo 1. My boat does not run well with a 3 blade. You must be slipping a lot, you speed sounds low for 5100-5200 rpms. With 385 HP I would think you should be able to crack 70.

search on this site for darin at houston prop or julie of throttle up. They can rebuild (laboratory finish) your existing prop for less than cost of new and also dial in your rpm for better than new prop performance by balancing and machining your prop. even large gouges can be welded and machined to look like new.
i saw 1.5 mph increase and significant mid range accelleration improvement by getting my props lab finished. (twin engine 29' boat)
many see 2-3mph increases.
hope this helps
