HI ! Spacers are on their way. Kurt came out and went for a ride.
He is a really cool down to earth guy. He dropped off some magazine reprints and after reading them it seems that the boat will go faster with the spacers. Thanks and I'll keep you guys posted. I feel that Konrad is a really great outfit. I don't think Merc. would send someone out for a ride and put them up for the night. I gotta go and get some stuff done. I'll try to post more info on these great drives at a later time. BBB

Hi BBB,

Thank you and Teddy for the great afternoon. You guys know how to have fun!

Teddy's old Scarab sure runs like a bear! I spoke with him on the phone today and he's got his spacers installed. I hope to be working back down in Long Island again next month. The next time I'm down there, I'll bring a prop selection with me and we can try some props with more diameter.

Kurt

HI Kurt ! Thanks for everything ! When You come back out be prepared to have a great time ! Thanks for the hats too ! I reluctantly lent mine to a a guy I repowered, and the jackass lost it at sea between here and Sandy hook NJ (He just doesn't realize the difference between a Konrad hat and a Met's or Yankees hat !!!) . Can I buy another one ? If anyone is foolish enough to be leary or sketchy of buying these drives please refer them to me and send them over for a ride so they can forget about their Trs toubles and buy Konrads !!! I am glad there still are good people out there who really take well deserved pride in thier product. You guys set the standard in customer satisfaction. The cost of doing this conversion is extremely attractive as well after considering other (less advantageous) options ! BBB

BBB, Did you get the spacers on yet? They made a big difference on my Cig. I also tried some P5X's and they really hook up great know.

Mark, glad the props are working out. Can you please post some comparison numbers between the Bravo prop, the Hydro Quad IV, and the P5-X? Like 3800 cruise speeds and WOT rpm vs. speed.

I'm also interested to hear how yours runs without spacers and the P5-X's.

Let me know if you need anything.

Thanks,
Brian
