just had drive rebuilt and drive shower added
im noticeing what seems like slip going from 3000
to 4000 rpm seems like cavitation but maybe my hub?
is the hub in the prop or is it that plastic insert on the bravo
that is supposed to break in case of impact

It would be unlikely that anything in a Bravo drivetrain could slip at that rpm/load without being destoyed almost instantly. Cavitation is more likely.

I have heard of drive shower water pickups interfering with the water flow and causing cavitation but mostly when trying to get on plane.

LennyK,
Some props have fixed rigid hubs and others are bonded with rubber. Mine was a bonded rubber hub that sheared and caused the slippage.
