Would need to know if you need a R. or L. rotation lower cause that is where rotation is determined with a TRS. Also, you should know that you really shouldn't just stick a used lower on an existing upper cause bearing load shimming is finalized with that assembly and unless you are extremely lucky, you court disaster. --- Jer

You are right Jer. Thanks for a tip but now when I concider this thing, I only need gear housing assembly( not complete ), so it`s same which side it is. I have to change my own parts to that assembly. I only have skeg that is so damaged that I have to change it.

So what you really need is a lower gearCASE. Replacing that with another would still require a complete rebuild with re-shimming of gears and bearings. A real talented alum.TIG man could probably put a new skeg on your case WITHOUT a total disassembly. Or you could take it all apart and have it fixed and have someone who knows his stuff put it back together with all your original internals and the new crushable shim ring. --- jer

Well the skeg is so damaged that I would have to change cone nose and everything so it will be easier to change whole part. If you have more good tips IŽll be happy to get one. Also other drive is stock so I would like to have similar part that the other one is.

You might want to contact Mark at BAM MARINE or Chris Martin at STERNDRIVE SPECIALISTS. It is likely that they would give you an exchange deal for a whole outdrive assembly, ready to bolt on, for less $ than you could mess with it yourself. --- Jer
