When you go to put it in gear do you get any output shaft movement? Happen in forward and reverse? Is it a plug in style where you are not able to see the shaft from trans into drive or can you see an output from trans...if so is it locked up? Metal on lower magnet in plug?

I'am running 3,s iif you have enough power it should'n take much trim to get on plane an no you don't call them surface drives!!
