well yanked the drives today and will remove ghimbals to morow for rebuild
found out today needed a special tool for pivot pin rmoval its cheap from merc but since I want to do this tommorrow I will fab one at work
\bell housing already has the mercury kit installed for removing gimbal while engine is in palce any thing else I should watch for
Snow slowed me down a little today

just had my first glitch I had thought of doing that but these are the hp pins has a threaded hole down the center an two small srews that seem to hold it on my clymer manual just has old style
its part #10 in this view

On my HPs, they come right out after removing the two screws. Be sure to locktight those screws when it goes back together.
