Advise on trim flaps

Advise on trim flaps
Hi!
I am mounting two Merc 2.5 EFI SS engines on my Phantom 25 feet offshore rig this month. The balance of the boat will approx. be the same as using one Promax 300 with 7,5 inch setback since I will mount the two Merc 2.5 EFI SS engines direct on to the transom.
I also have a trimtank / ballast tank in front. However, I am looking for advise what kind of trimflaps I should use. Just now I have Bennet trimflaps - not so very long. Due to twin setup, I wonder if I should buy longer trimflaps. And what kind?
The weight of the boat will be approx. 2.800 lbs incl. the driver. The width of the boat is 5,5 feet.
