Sorry for the bad info! they say the mind is the second thing to quit working.My rods have the L-19 bolts and I still think they are 1/2", of course it has been a year since saw one of the rods though.I used a home made rod bolt stretch Gage.
I will post a picture if i get time.

Here is what a home made stretch gauge looks like.I did check my "Good" Rods and they use a 1/2" 12 point.

That's great you went with the L19 bolts. If you use the stretch gauge, and also recommend arp moly, you should not have any failure issues with these in a N/A application under 800HP. BBB
