As long as you have the large diameter versions and are not over 750HP or so, they should continue to work quite well for you.

Run these on my 30' scarab. They do make a huge difference at idle yet no noticeable difference at WOT. I did a little test on one engine when I was running it on the stand. With my DB meter I got 108db at an idle with no mufflers and 84db with mufflers. These numbers were taken from the same location that the videos below we're shot from. See the tests below. These are dry pipes with a little bit of water allowed into the pipe

I have two pair of the elimination muffler for the 4" clamp on, and 5" outside diameter.. i donīt see any rubber..?
Have you a picture of the seal?
