Default Borg Warner Oil Change

I need directions on how to change the trans fluid, and how many times to flush it if some water got inside. Also what does it take to check/change the neutral safety switch on the trans, and what happens when one goes bad can it run with out one?

Lightbulb Re: Borg Warner Oil Change

One way is to use a small hand pump going through the dip stick hole, I put a few Oz's of dish detergent in the first change and eun it 15-20 at idle shif it into foward & reverse a few times. I do two more changes and check the oil color after a run just in case there is a slight cooler leak.
