Its time for my heads to come off. I have a leaking intake valve. Here is whats weird. I noticed all the valve stem heads were pitted (where the roller tip meets the valve) why would that be? Its a 420HP 454

I havnt seen it in valve stems but in drives I see it on gears and bearings where the lube isnt changed often enough
