Hey guys just wondering if my personal record time stacks up to any of you professionals out there.2 hours and 40 minutes from the time I parked boat in driveway till the time I wrapped up.Removed engine hatch, two motors and two drives.

Less than 1hr pulling (2) 500EFI's with 2 guys.....they come out quick.
Take a little longer to put back in though....
That was in a cat which is probably a little easier to get to everything than a V botoom.

well i never timed an engine pulling....but after blowing up 3 engines in one season due to shady machine shop services.....i had it down to a science in my 1985 30' scarabII......yanked a motor out and swapped all the accessories onto a short block and put it all back together in just a hair under an hour and a half.....including alignment of the engine and installing the TRS drive

That is great. I am far to slow. What set up do you have on your work truck? That looks great. Do you have any other pictures of the set up? I pulled my engines with a bob cats and I need to find a better way. Thanks
