It can be fixed.. We could do it for you but it is very expensive to replace stringers, frames, transoms etc... Be sure you know what you are buying before you take the plunge.. You could spend more on repairs in some cases than what the boat cost you to buy it...

I once owned a 1981 377 KAAMA SE by Wellcraft. The transom was wet, and rotted and I had to have it replaced/repaired. I ended up ripping the whole boat apart because of the rotted stringers etc, just kept going on and on. I didn't have the time to go through all of that so, I found a buyer from Canada who bought the boat in 1999.
I bought my 1990 32' Active Thunder after that and I ended up having to replace the transom and engine stringers in that as well, but it wasn't as near as bad as the Wellcraft---still no party by far, but my A/T is better now than it was built when new. ALWAYS have a marine survey done on the boat and water test if possible---Make sure you do some fact finding and KNOW what you're getting into BEFORE buying the boat....I don't care what anyone says! It's a whole new world in this boat scene stuff and it seems I have been too trusting at times. I have learned a ton about the boating industry and the people involved with them both good and bad---live and learn.....and STILL learning!
Whatever you buy/decide on I hope it goes well with you.
