I thought we're going with Konrad Aces on our boats!!

I actually was considering a #6. Do you think anyone has run a single 28 with one?

Check300 here on the board runs a 30' checkmate with a #6 and a 12" stellings extension box. It's extremely fast which I will let him disclose the speeds to you if you care to talk with him or pm him.

I've ridden in the boat , all I can say is Awesome !!!

Can't remember but I do know with the less hp. engines like in the 700hp area. That the are removing one of the two inner shafts to conserve hp. loss

Kirk, I'm just struggling with what to do. I don't really want to spend big bucks, but if I do I want it to be the last time I by a drive. ( if that's posible) I, like you, want big power one day.

Thanks cougarman

Your welcome, I went back and forth through the same thing. Finally started taking my time and tracking down my parts list.

By the way I have one extra #6 wetsump with a 1.5 ratio.

Had two extra Transome assemblys but sold them a month or so back.

Good Luck

I think wet sumps take about 100hp vs the 30hp of a Bravo.
