Looking at replacing my old 4" stainless exhaust tips due to one of them burning out. It had a combination metal/rubber flapper inside. I see new tips out there that appear to have all rubber flappers and others that advertise a "super flapper". What are the best ones to use? I'm looking for longevity and don't mind spending a few more dollars to do it right. Who's the best? Harden, Teaque, Rex? Do you have a part #? I just need the straight normal length tips. Thanks

We will also retrofit our older tips with the original "no burn" flappers (welded shaft). We stopped building these approx 4 years ago. While they didn't burn, they did break on blown stuff and we're standing behind them. They also rattled pretty good on motors with big cams. That is the reason we built the Superflapper™ which by the way is not welded in and can be easily replaced if ever necessary.
Here is a link. Please let me know if you have any questions or need more info.

I did a lot of research on this for my 25 Outlaw with HP500. I wanted something good looking, not too short and not too long, good sounding, and that would last. Tried a bunch and settled on Stainless marine that I bought from Trick Marine. Very Very pleased with both Stainless Marine and Trick. Highly recommend!
Good luck
