Default Question for you drive people

Ok I relize that the alpha drive can only take a certain amount of abuse from a decent built small block, my question is the difference between the v8 alpha and v6 alpha. Are the upper gears that they use in the 6 banger different then the ones put in the 8. Thanks for any info

Default Re: Question for you drive people

Gear ratio is different which changes the strength of the gears themselves. Also heavy duty gears are available for the lower. You should be ok with a small block.
