502 mpi fresh rebuild motors getting moisture now major water in oil maybe intake or cracked head less than 50 hours "certified " mercury mechanic more interested in excuses than standing behind work I really don't want to get into that. I need knowledge shop or person to get me running again even if I have to start all over I know nobody likes to clean up somebody elses mess but I wasted 3 seasons and alot of money time to move on I'm located in east tennessee like to stay as close as possible but willing to do what it takes . any help would be appreicated

I do know a guy that used to have a shop in Oak Ridge. It was "_&_ Performance Marine". Stay away from this guy. He worked on John Johannes' boat. It was NEVER right and it cost him several thousands of dollars.
