Too me it looks like it could run a little deeper also. Its hard to tell by the pick of much wear

I know on my Chevelle rear end gears the force rolls the gear out to the tip of the tooth and cracks the teeth at the base of the gear, eventually cracking a the tooth off failure.

I wonder if thats the same as when the upper pinion gear chips a tooth off?My Imco use to do that once a year.

Jim,the cost is 80$ per gear (160$ for a lower set) and that includes s/h to and from the company I'm working with and removing the pinion bearing if the gears are used. I have a friend who works in grand rapids who could pick the gears up from you and return them to you also that I see often if you decide to have it done. If your gears your running are patterned in nice and not damaged in any way they could be done, other wise we might want to start with a new set. Pm me if your interested, maybe you could run that 32 pitch without tearing up your gears in a few passes,of course you already whip up on most of us with your well dialed in N/A package ,Smitty
