If they bend whats happening to them while you land down from air?

Not much happening on re-entry as they are 1/2" aluminum plate. They are extremely well made.
Want to try a set at 1/2 price? Go to the swap shop.

Thats what I thought but Pat said they´d bend ? a 12.5mm Aluminun plate wont bend one damn bit from those forces.
How abnout intsalling them then...horizontally or paralell to bottom?
I figure a horizontal trim plate mounted flush does the same job?

The need to be mounted flush with the bottom. The plate just bends for hook or rocker...think of these plates as an flexible extension of the bottom.
