Arneson rocker?

Arneson rocker?
What can guys that have run rockers tell me about what they do to handling besides being able to induce hook or rocker? I spoke with Geoo some time back and got his input but only on the speed increase but did not think to ask about handling.

I talked to RIK at Arneson about them. I believe my boat would be a good candatate for them, but have not tried a set.
At higher trim settings my boat likes to porpose if the water is not just perfect, so I need to drop the tabs a little. The rocker tabs would do the same thing, but without scubbing off speed.
