I am thinking about procharging my hp 500's, the box around the carb., is not very attractive, but doen't not want to cut hatch for blowers any sugestions

I ran a carb on top of one for years. You will never be happy with the blow thru design of the procharger and they are very hard and expensive to set up. I bought a blower carb from Demon, bolted it on, changed jets 3 times in one day and it was done. Ran perfect for 4 seasons til I sold it and the new owner still has had no issues at all.

I have also heard it is very difficult to get a procharger blow thru set up right although steve morris racing engines in ludington Mi is supposed to be very good at it,they did the set up on dan vinings record setting 25 ft baja,Smitty

THanks for info guy's looks like a much nicer setup and only gains 2.5" in heights, I think it may clear hatch, what dealer did you purchase from
