Default oil pump pickup 525sc

Im starting to put my gen VI 25sc back together and I cant find a new oil pump pickup. Anyone know what pickup works with the stock pan that comes on the 525sc? I couldnt find a pickup through mercruiser, is it even available?

thanks

Try Melling. Big name in oil pumps.

I guess I should say i dont know which type of pickup to get. Is it just a stock style gm oil pump pickup? or is it a different length because of the pan?

ss,
I think the only way you can get the pickup from Mercruiser is to buy the pump assembly which comes with the screen tig welded to it. There is a Melling part number that will work although it does not look identical to the MC one. It also puts the pickup a bit further to the back of the pan but does not seem to cause a problem. I have the part number at the shop but will not be there till Monday.
