Default Exhaust Tips ??

Just wondering what tips would you go with. I'm Looking to replace the exhaust tips on my boat there are tips with internal non burn flappers or no flapper at all. Of course i would add the external rubber flapper to the non internal flapper tips. Not sure what tips to get??? Thanks for your input.

I'm a fan of Corsa angle-cut tips with the internal non-burn flapper. I believe Rex Marine also has a new non-burn internal flapper tip that is getting good reviews.

Even with internal flaps should you put the rubber flappers on for back up or is it overkill

The internal flappers are must. The external rubber ones are pretty worthless IMO. They float open all the time anyway.

That is the Superflapper™ (actually been out 4 years now and replaced the original no-burn flappers).

We guarantee them for life too.

Boatnt, what length did you go with? Are they 4" diameter. Also ever think about getting rid of those insta trim tabs? I have them too and all the 29 pq enticers i see have them which doesn't make sense with the known chine walk anywhere from 60-70 mph. Won't k-plane style tabs help that concern?.

I have the Corsa angle-cut, internal flapper tips, but they are on the shelf as I replaced them with GGB silensor tips with rubber flapper. The boat is still too loud and I get hassled all the time.

I'm going back to the corsa's, and now want to install an additional tip that points down and into the water. With this they can never get me on noise again.

Does anyone know of any draw backs with this kind of setup?
