Default 502 Oil Filter?

I have Gen V 502s and the oil filters mount on the bottom side. I was wondering if I should flip the brackets so I could run the larger filters mounted from the top, or running the normal filters is sufficient.

The larger filter will give you more capacity but probably the same volume. What filter do you run now. NAPA(wix) 1069R is the way to go for better volume and it fit in your current location. The filter is a nice piece in "Black" so it looks nice too.
