Ghittner ck this out, It kinda makes sense,If they made a cap like this the oil might not spash out if the rubber valve went bad?

Default This oughta do'er!

Pressure tested to 10 psig and no leaky. Every tool box needs some JB Weld, bailing wire and Duct tape! (Well, at least mine does...)
