just an update
gets on plane no problem
i'm getting baseline with my stock 23 pitch mirage prop
accelerated to 5 grand very easily , never even touched the trim , went 62 @ 4900 with the bow down , all the way down
didnt get any further , burned a hole in my exhaust tube on the port side (after inspection , the angle towards the tip has it blocking water on one side of the riser) , other side is feeling mushy too
so 15 minutes on the water and i'm troubleshooting another problem
anyone local have a 25 or 26 pitch prop i can try ?
from first impressions of the motor , i should see my goal of 70+ no problem
