Holley Blue pump
#11
The Holley blue is more than enough pump for your power. It will support almost 900 hp. I have never had any luck with them lasting. I use the Aeromortive street rod pump instead. About the same size, but a little more money. If you have it, use it. It will be more than enough.
Eddie.
Eddie.
Eddie I wonder if its because its dead heading at the regulator,if it was on a bypass I bet it might last longer?

c.v products mechanical fuel pump absolutely rules. large inlet, interchangable pressure springs, internally bypassed, billet, degreeable.
for electric nothing beats the mallory. except for a weldon.
as mentioned everything else should be in accordance. and mostimportantly is a rutrn style regulator installed after the fuel rail.

I also use the CV Products mechanical pump. With the light "blue" spring you can run 750 HP safely at 5.5-6 lbs pressure @ WOT with no need for a regulator. At idle you have about 8-8.5 lbs. All accomplished with 3/8" lines...Dean don't start on my stock lines!
