Look like I had luck, fixed the water pump. Fired her up today let her run for one hour, evrything seems ok. No leaks, the engine sounded great, oill was good. The tempratur and oil
pressure was perfect. So far so good

I'd still change the exhaust hoses. I've had them delaminate from the inside, blocking the flow out water exiting the pipe causing major problems. Also check the flappers, they are probably toast.

I will change the exhaust hoses during this week.

I second this from experience. Also I would change the oil. Then just watch it. Make sure you hunt down the parts of the impellor if any blades are missing.
