Best service so that you get what you need, or best deals.. ?? In my opinion, This is not the thing that should be done with the intent on finding the cheapest price..

Hmmm. That does sound good. I am pretty sure that my hull would be ballistic at triple digits.

I too am considering the whipples but with trips, it really becomes a major project.
How long did it take to do the average install? Removing the standard intake and setting the whipple would not take long. The pulleys are pretty straightforward.
I would think the wiring and relocation would be time consuming.
How good are the instructions? Who did the install without replacing the head gaskets?
