Default help with harch actuator

I have the dm12 series actuators pushing up my engine hatch. One side has decided to not go up. I need the box that the relays are in. I took the box apart and it has two relays that are inside. Anybody have any ideas where to find it?

Are they the little black box Bosch-style 12v relays? If so, you can get them at any auto parts store.

Then just replace it with a pair of the Bosch units. They make a waterproof one and they cost about $6 apiece. There was just a thread a month or so ago- I listed the part #. I'm travelling right now or I'd look it up for you.

That looks more like it except I have two actuators. I called Kenny at eliminator and he said I could run the two wires from the dash straight too the wires on the actuators.

As long as the wires are large enough. Otherwise the hatch can operate slowly. That's the reason for the relay setup.

I took the side that was not running and hooked it into the side that was. Works so far.
