Click on the link below and I need part # 10 on the diagram. Just the fork that changes the gears. Been searching and went to shops but Merc. does not sell any of these parts separate and they want me to buy the whole kit for $1500! Uh... I just need a $20 piece. So if any of you have an old drive thats junk or extra parts please let me know. Thanks!!!

He has the piece you need but will only sell it as part of a used upper gear set. He needs 450.00 plus shipping costs. Sounds like a great deal to me since the new part is 1500.00
If you want it give him a call. His name is George and his number is 1-630-240-5401.
Tell him Dave Smith referred you.
Good luck

I believe I have one. Let me look in my box-o-stuff.
I had a drive with a major truama last summer. Twisted every shaft in the drive. The grears all look good, but I don't think I would trust them. So the shifting fork is availible. I'll check and make sure it's in the box. $20+ whatever it cost toget it to you.

It's there and looks usable. It still has the upper and lower cams attached. I'll leave it that way. PM me your info and I'll get them on UPS Monday if you want them.
