Default Full mooring cover with side sun protection

Looking to pick up a full mooring cover that covers pretty much the entire boat down to the water line. Simply trying to keep the sun off the gel. Thinking more of the light weight nylon material v.s a canvas cover. Just wondering how many members are using these, pros and cons and contact info for vendors..

Carrie covers. They are the best for what you want to do but they are expensive. good luck

I have a 38 top gun that I had full cover made for several years ago. It covers bow to stern and the sides. I goes over top on my cockpit cover. It was custom made by a local shop out of STAMOID material. It cost about $2500. Best money I ever spent on the boat. The only thing better would be a covered slip. It's a heavy cover that does great in the wind and rain. I'm not sure a lightweight Carrie cover would stand up to the abuse my cover takes. It did build a lightweight pvc pipe tent frame for the front deck so the cover doesn't lay flat on the deck to protect the paint.

Thanks Guys. I have a full cover now but it's a standard mooring cover and does not cover the side. I only have a 26 so I figured the cost should not be terrible. Just trying to keep the sun off the gel (purple a real pain!). It would be nice nice to have to buff and wax every other week. Most people say it looks great but if you get up close you can see a little shadowing. I'm way to anal!!!
