I vacumed everythin out of the cylinder with home-made shop vac attachments...I used a small piece of semi flexible plastic tubing duct taped to the shop vac nozzle. Pretty high tech

if you can get it out just bump the engine over easy a couple times, then spin it several never had a issue after that...
