Even though it is a little tense in here, this is a very imformative thread. I appreciate everybodys knowledge and applaud any mfr. that comes on the forums and gives advice......and Dustin comes on more than most.

That being said, Larry Peto has built me fantastic motors that are topped with 1471's.......but.......he makes big power with Whipple products, and given the chance, I would trade my 1471's for a set of 5 liters any day...

WHY dont yall get off of Dustin a$$ , if yall like psi ,procharger, or whatever, thats fine every body has their own opinion, I LOVE MY WHIPPLES MADE A BIG DIFFERANCE IN MY BOAT YALL need to let it go, he answer every question yall ask but this this is getting ridicules

Yeah Mike Christiansen actually custom fabbed the intake and got a belt for it and fired the car up with it on there. Hit the throttle once and blew both head gaskets. lol

Mikes car actually was a beast in "normal" trim in Outlaw 10.5.

theres a video somewhere where bret kepner interviews him about it... let me see if i can find it.

What I really want to know is who the hell picked that pulley combo? LOL That thing needed a pulley as big as a flywheel!
