No Billy AJ wont be using his skater till the spring poker runs.
After running the last 2 years including Sarasota twice, Jacksonville twice, loto twice, key west twice, royal purple twice, patriot once, ticfaw twice, st pete once, emral coast twice, Miami boat show islamarada once, and all that after the engines came out of his 36 the year before. After 145 hours we have both engines out and apart, good timing because we have one broken lifter, not bad for solid rollers.

All I can say is this.....I have the option to run ANY supercharger in the world on my engines. Most customers could really care less what they get as long as it is reliable and makes the power that they paid for. I have pretty much used all of the superchargers out there(roots, PSI, procharger, Vortech, etc). I use Whipples on about 95% of the engines I build. I have used them all.. single 3.3, 2.3 quad, 3.3 quad, 5 liter and I love every one of them. The only time I dont use a Whipple is when the customer absolutely wants something else or already has something else. I still try to talk them out of it. If I had my choice, every SC engine I build would get a Whipple. Nothing matches the drivability and longevity. We could argue about which blower makes the most power, but on myu stuff I haven't seen one top a Whipple yet. Keep doing what you're doing Dustin.

I know its a bunch of money, but it is worth every penny. That's all I know to tell you dude. You've known me long enough to know that I would not bs you or steer you wrong.
If you're happy with what you have, keep it and run the snot out of it. If your wanting a little more, this is an excellent option.

I replied to this thread and still not one person has giving a speed comparison when they went to Whipples from PSI or anyother blower , turbo charger.
AJs boat would be a great comparision went from 1071s to 5.0s runs the same hull,gears,props and driver. Must be classified.:drink: The question Bill asked of Mark was legament i dont think he took it the wrong way. Just wanted to know what he ran on his personal boat.

I don't care for attitudes though. And that was the way I read Bill's comment towards Mark. Others felt the same way judging from my Phone calls and Text.I don't think you have to OWN your own boat to know how to make HP, which is what this thread is about.
