Thanks, This will not be used to run with.
Only used to make the aluminum parts with, unless you have a better cost effective method for only three parts.

Cam Logic in Oxford just got a new 3d printer for making prototype parts. because of you larger size yes it's going to be expensive or hard to find someone to do it. maybe as an option cut the whole thing in half make two sections then vibration/sonic weld them together. Another option that you may consider would be investment casting. If you can make a wax mold of the part they can take care of the rest. RLM just north of Oxford could help you here and may even be able to help you with contacts for sterolith.
